AI Software Developer (32-40 hours)

At Twict, we build smart software solutions for the fibre and telecom sector. In our group of companies (Twict, Beexact and Geostruct), we support the entire process of fibre optic installation - from preparation to execution. Increasingly, AI plays a key role in this. That is why we are looking for experienced AI developers who think, build and innovate with us.

What will you do?

You will work on cutting-edge AI applications within a company with real-world issues. Think about:

• Building smart agents with LLMs to automate project planning and communication.
• Developing image recognition models to process field data more efficiently.
• Integration of GenAI and AI APIs into our existing customised solutions.
• Fine-tuning of language models for domain-specific applications (infra, engineering).

You will work in a multidisciplinary team of developers, domain experts and product owners. Your work has a direct impact on how the Netherlands and other countries in Europe are connected.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 5 years' experience as a software developer (medior/senior).
• You have experience developing or integrating AI solutions (think LLMs, GenAI, computer vision, NLP or neural networks).
• You know how to integrate AI into existing software architectures (APIs, microservices).
• You can work independently but also spar well with colleagues.
• You speak Dutch and English
• Bonus points if you have experience with infrastructure, GIS, or engineering tools.
