As Technical Support Italy, you will work closely with our team in Nijverdal of developers and stakeholders. Your expertise and leadership help us not only to serve our customer in Italy, but also to further optimise our product and adapt it to local needs.
What will you do?
- Provides support for user issues
- Provides input to the development and launch of new features and enhancements.
- Work together as a team to ensure the strategy of our product.
- Ensure a strong, customer-centric approach and keep quality high.
- Speaking Italian is a requirement and you are willing to travel
